With the help of StreetInsider data, we've put together a list of companies that look poised to raise their payouts in the next couple weeks, based on what they did this time last year.
1st Source Corporation (NASDAQ:SRCE): Raised by 10.7% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.32, a yield of 2.52%, and a 27.17% payout ratio
Heritage Financial (NASDAQ:HFWA): Raised by 4.8% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.21, a yield of 2.79%, and a 37.41% payout ratio
West Pharmaceutical Services Inc (NYSE:WST): Raised by 5.9% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.18, a yield of 0.29 %, and a 7.64% payout ratio
Brown & Brown (NYSE:BRO): Raised by 10.8% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.1025, a yield of 0.66 %, and a 18.4% payout ratio
Northern Technologies (NASDAQ:NTIC): Raised by 7.7% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.07 and a yield of 2.5%.
Armstrong World Industries Inc (NYSE:AWI): Raised by 10% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.231, a yield of 1.13%, and a 22.72% payout ratio
S&T Bancorp Inc (NASDAQ:STBA): Raised by 3.6% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.30, a yield of 3.77 %, and a 42.11% payout ratio
First Bank (NASDAQ:FRBA): Raised by 100% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.06, a yield of 1.66%, and a 12.12% payout ratio
Westamerica Bancorp: Raised by 2.4% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.42, a yield of 3.09%, and a 48.93% payout ratio

Waste Connections (NYSE:WCN): Raised by 12.2% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.23, a yield of 0.71%, and a 33.82% payout ratio
Standex International (NYSE:SXI): Raised by 8.3% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.26, a yield of 1.22%, and a 19.95 % payout ratio
Kearny Financial (NASDAQ:KRNY): Raised by 10% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.11, a yield of 4.09%, and a 45.44% payout ratio
Silicon Motion (NASDAQ:SIMO) Technology: Raised its annual payout by 42.9% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.4975, a yield of 3.35%, and a 28.4% payout ratio
M.D.C. Holdings (NYSE:MDC): Raised by 25% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.50, a yield of 6.87%, and a 20.84% payout ratio
Independent Bank Group (NASDAQ:IBTX): Raised by 5.9% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.38, a yield of 2.3%, and a 29.7% payout ratio
Hanmi Financial (NASDAQ:HAFC): Raised by 66.7% last year and currently has a quarterly payout of $0.25, a yield of 3.92%, and a 21.9% payout ratio
