Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Industrials and Investment sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP declined 1.82% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Grupoaval (CN:GAA), which fell 2.22% or 25.0 points to trade at 1100.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Corporacion Financiera Colombiana SA (CN:CFV) fell 0.43% or 120.0 points to end at 28080.0 and Conconcret (CN:CIC) was down 1.00% or 10.0 points to 995.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which fell 3.05% or 320.0 points to trade at 10180.0 at the close. Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) declined 2.80% or 780.0 points to end at 27100.0 and Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) was down 1.90% or 25.0 points to 1290.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 27 to 3 and 3 ended unchanged.

US coffee C for May delivery was down 0.81% or 1.16 to $141.27 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in May rose 1.96% or 39.50 to hit $2054.00 , while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.43% or 5.15 to trade at $1197.95 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.43% to 2996.95, while BRL/COP fell 0.30% to 943.68.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 101.65.
