Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrials, Investment and Public Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 0.44%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE), which rose 9.03% or 840.0 points to trade at 10140.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) added 3.28% or 45.0 points to end at 1415.0 and Cemargos (CN:CCB) was up 1.37% or 160.0 points to 11800.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bcolombia (CN:BIC), which fell 2.26% or 540.0 points to trade at 23360.0 at the close. Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) declined 2.18% or 560.0 points to end at 25160.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) was down 1.24% or 160.0 points to 12700.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 23 to 7 and 2 ended unchanged.

US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.24% or 0.32 to $131.92 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 1.14% or 35.00 to hit $3095.00 , while the August Gold contract fell 0.06% or 0.80 to trade at $1246.60 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 1.11% to 2986.50, while BRL/COP rose 0.11% to 866.46.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.16% at 93.88.
