(Reuters) -Mattel on Thursday named consumer health giant Kenvue (NYSE:KVUE)’s Paul Ruh as CFO, replacing Anthony DiSilvestro.

Ruh was the finance chief of the Tylenol maker following its spinoff from drug and medical device maker Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) in 2023. He was replaced by Kellanova (NYSE:K)’s Amit Banati as CFO earlier on Thursday.

Ruh also spent 13 years at snacks giant PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP).

DiSilvestro said in January that he would retire as finance chief of the toymaker after a little over five years in the role. He will stay on as adviser until August 15, the company said in a statement.
