Stocks added to recent gains today on continued hopes the Fed will slow rate hikes. Amid the upside, several rumors swirled around Wall Street. Below we highlight a couple:
Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) gained 0.8% today on reports the IPO prospects for its Mobileye (MBLY) unit are going better than expected. Reports from the Wall Street Journal suggested the deal will price at the top end or above the expected IPO range.
Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) is freezing hiring in parts of its lucrative web services division, the New York Post said. In the recent past, reports suggested Amazon was cutting back on other parts of the company but would leave AWS alone.
