Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:HMTV) 80% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired for $7.00 per share in cash by a subsidiary of Gato Investments LP, a portfolio investment of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P..

ServiceSource International, Inc. (NASDAQ:SREV) 43% HIGHER; Concentrix Corp (NASDAQ:CNXC) today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire ServiceSource International, Inc., a global market leader in B2B digital sales, for $1.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $131 million, inclusive of ServiceSources net cash.

Rivian Automotive (NASDAQ:RIVN) 20% LOWER; Ford Motor (NYSE:F) plans to offload 8 million of its shares in Rivian as the lockup period ends.

Palantir Technologies Inc (NYSE:PLTR) 15% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $446 million versus the consensus estimate of $443.38 million. Palantir sees Q2 2022 revenue of $470 million, versus the consensus of $483.84 million

Zanite Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:ZNTE) 10% HIGHER; Embraer S.A. (ERJ) refers to the material facts disclosed on June 10th, 2021, and December 21st, 2021, about the business combination between EVE UAM, LLC ("Eve"), an entity controlled by the Company, and Zanite Acquisition Corp.. The Company became aware that the Business Combination has been approved by Zanite stockholders today.

Ballard Power Systems Inc (NASDAQ:BLDP) 5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.14), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $21 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.46 million.

Allakos (NASDAQ:ALLK) 5% LOWER; has filed for up to $250,000,000 common stock offering.

Energizer Holdings (NYSE:ENR) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.47, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $685.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $655.78 million. Energizer Holdings sees FY2022 EPS of $3.00-$3.30, versus the consensus of $3.17.

Uber (NYSE:UBER) 3% LOWER; The CEO said the company plans to slash costs and react accordingly to the unexpected change in investor sentiment.

Tyson Foods (NYSE:TSN) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.29, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $1.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.85 billion. Tyson Foods sees FY2022 revenue of $52-54 billion, versus the consensus of $52 billion.
