Finch Therapeutics Group (NASDAQ:FNCH70% HIGHER; announced that the FDA has removed the clinical hold on Finch's investigational new drug (IND) application for CP101.

Zymeworks (NYSE:ZYME) 44% HIGHER; approached by All Blue Capital about a takeover at $10.50 per share, Reuters reported

Accolade (NASDAQ:ACCD42% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.51), $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.36). Revenue for the quarter came in at $93.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.57 million. Accolade sees FY2023 revenue of $350 million - 365 million.

Mohawk Industries (NYSE:MHK) 13% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $3.78, $0.88 better than the analyst estimate of $2.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.85 billion. Mohawk Industries sees Q2 2022 EPS of $4.25-$4.35, versus the consensus of $3.75.

Digital World Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:DWAC12% HIGHER; former President Trump truths "I'm Back!" with the hashtag #COVFEFE on his new Truth Social Network.

Venus Concept Inc (NASDAQ:VERO) 14% LOWER; received a 510(K) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market the Venus BlissMAX device (BlissMAX) with an expanded indication for use in new areas of the body and an increase in RF energy output.

Robinhood (NASDAQ:HOOD) 11% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.45), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.36). Revenue for the quarter came in at $299 million versus the consensus estimate of $355.78 million.

Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) 10% LOWER; reported Q1 loss per share of $7.56, worse than the analyst estimate of a profit of $8.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $116.3 billion. Amazon sees Q2 2022 revenue of $116-121 billion, versus the consensus of $125.55 billion.

National Instruments (NASDAQ:NATI10% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.41, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $385 million versus the consensus estimate of $402.72 million. NI sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.25-$0.39, versus the consensus of $0.31. NI sees Q2 2022 revenue of $370-410 million, versus the consensus of $421.7 million.

Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (NYSE:FBHS8% HIGHER; intends to separate into two publicly traded companies and also reported first-quarter 2022 results. The company will pursue a tax-free spin-off of its Cabinets business into a standalone publicly-traded company.

Sprouts Farmers Market (NASDAQ:SFM) 5% HIGHER; BofA Securities upgraded from Underperform to Buy with a price target of $40.

Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) 5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.87, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.31 billion. Intel sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.70, versus the consensus of $0.83. Intel sees Q2 2022 revenue of $18 billion, versus the consensus of $18.38 billion. The company sees FY2022 EPS of $3.60, versus the consensus of $3.50. INTC sees FY2022 revenue of $76 billion, versus the consensus of $75.78 billion.

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) 1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.52, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $93.89 billion. Apple’s board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per share of the company’s common stock, an increase of 5%. The dividend is payable on May 12, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 9, 2022. The board of directors has also authorized an increase of $90 billion to the existing share repurchase program. On its call, the company said supply-chain issues would hurt sales in the third quarter by $4 billion to $8 billion.
