Protagonist Therapeutics (Nasdaq: NASDAQ:PTGX) 32% LOWER; announced mixed topline results from the Phase 2 IDEAL study evaluating PN-943 in patients with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis (UC).

MagnaChip (NYSE:MX) 21% HIGHER; South Korea's LX Group will submit a letter of intent as early as next week to bid for the company, according to reports.

Gamida Cell Ltd. (Nasdaq: NASDAQ:GMDA) 18% HIGHER; the FDA cleared its investigational new drug (IND) application and removed the clinical hold for a cryopreserved formulation of GDA-201.

Venator Materials PLC (NYSE:VNTR) 15% HIGHER; received $85 million in cash from Tronox pursuant to its settlement agreement with Tronox.

O-I Glass (NYSE:OI) 13% HIGHER; posted Q1 EPS of $0.56, above the consensus of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.55 billion. O-I Glass sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.55-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.57. O-I Glass sees FY2022 EPS of $1.85-$2.10, versus the consensus of $1.89.

Universal Health (NYSE:UHS) 13% LOWER; posted Q1 EPS of $2.15, below the consensus of $2.46. Revenue was $3.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.21 billion.

Redfin Corp. (NASDAQ:RDFN) 9% LOWER; Piper Sandler downgraded from Overweight to Underweight with a price target of $11.

Shutterstock (NYSE:SSTK) 9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.00, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $199.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $202.11 million. Shutterstock sees FY2022 EPS of $3.65-$3.80, versus the consensus of $3.57. Shutterstock sees FY2022 revenue of $835-850 million, versus the consensus of $843.93 million.

Redbox Entertainment Inc (NASDAQ:RDBX7% HIGHER; CFO resigns, names interim-CFO.

Nkarta Inc (NASDAQ:NKTX6% LOWER; commenced a proposed underwritten public offering to issue and sell $150 million of shares of its common stock. following today's 141% surge on positive data.

Polaris Industries (NYSE:PII) 6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.29, $0.49 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.96 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.1 billion. Sees FY2022 EPS of $10.10-$10.40, versus the consensus of $10.24. Sees FY2022 revenue of $9.215-9.455 billion, versus the consensus of $9.33 billion.

Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ:CDNS) 6% HIGHER; posted Q1 EPS of $1.17, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $902 million versus the consensus estimate of $857.32 million. The company sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.95-$0.99, versus the consensus of $0.92. They see Q2 2022 revenue of $825-845 million, versus the consensus of $823.74 million. FY2022 EPS is expected between $3.89-$3.97, versus the consensus of $3.80. FY2022 revenue is expected between $3.395-3.435 billion, versus the consensus of $3.36 billion

Axalta Coating Systems (NYSE:AXTA) 5% HIGHER; posted Q1 EPS of $0.31, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion.

Sherwin-Williams (NYSE:SHW) 5% HIGHER; posted Q1 EPS of $1.61, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.91 billion. Sherwin-Williams reaffirms FY2022 EPS of $9.25-$9.65, versus the consensus of $9.31.

Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE:ADM) 4% HIGHER; posted Q1 EPS of $1.90, $0.50 better than the analyst estimate of $1.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.65 billion versus the consensus estimate of $20.61 billion.

Packaging Corp . (NYSE:PKG) 4% HIGHER; posted Q1 EPS of $2.72, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $2.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.04 billion.

W. R. Berkley Corp (NYSE:WRB4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.10, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91.

General Electric (NYSE:GE) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.24, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.91 billion. Sees FY22 EPS of $2.80 to $3.50 (trending to low end ) vs consensus of $3.21.

Waste Management (NYSE:WM) 2% HIGHER; Q1 EPS of $1.29, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.66 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.44 billion.

Whirlpool (NYSE:WHR) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $5.31, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $5.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.92 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.32 billion. The company also initiated a strategic review of our EMEA business; such assessment is expected to be concluded by Q3 2022 Whirlpool sees FY2022 EPS of $24.00-$26.00, which may not compare versus the consensus of $26.32.
