WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Thursday that the chamber will vote next week on legislation addressing gun violence.

"This package, which we will vote on next week, will make an enormous difference in our fight against gun violence," Pelosi said on Thursday.

I'm a gun owner and sportsman I sure don't need anything more than a shotgun, 30-30, 22 or six shot revover to hunt with or skeet shoot, since the constitution was written back in the time of flintlocks and other black powder guns that should be all that is allowed to be owned by citizens until such time the constitution is amended otherwise. I also own multipke black powder guns and would be happy to hunt with just those and give the others up. Gun ownership is a responsibility not just a right.
