WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate adjourned just after 8 p.m. on Friday night (0100 GMT on Saturday), bringing an end to congressional business for the day and thereby ensuring a government shutdown.

The Senate is set to return from recess at noon on Saturday (1700 GMT on Saturday).

The failure by the U.S. Congress and President Donald Trump to agree to a government spending bill by midnight will shutdown several federal agencies.

Nope. It is the media making it a bigger deal than it is. It is a partial shutdown, and the DOW tends to gain about 3 percent during a government shutdown. Democrats blame Republicans every time, and it shows there is no political spine in Republicanz since they just asked Trump to sign a bill with no border wall funding. Republicans need to grow a pair.
Temper tantrums. That's a great quality for a President. A wall would stop nothing. You can tunnel under it. You can climb or fly over it. you can swim aroumd it. You can ****a hole in it.
