Investing.com - China is doubting if it can reach a comprehensive deal with the U.S., Bloomberg reported on Thursday.

Officials have blamed U.S. President Donald Trump and his impulsive nature and fear that he could back out even as both signs prepare to sign a deal in the coming weeks. The Chinese have warned that they won’t budge on certain issues, Bloomberg reported, quoting people familiar with the matter.

The U.S. dollar index, which measures the greenback’s strength against a basket of six major currencies, extended losses after the news, falling 0.4% to 97.083 as of 5:34 AM ET (9:34 GMT). The greenback extended losses against the safe haven yen, falling 0.44%.

Winnie thhe pooh news always affecting prices smh
Correction on its way, if not even a recession. Time will tell.
China is no lion, and definitely not king. They need the US far greater than the US needs them. one of the few things Trump has done right is to put China in its place.
Furthermore, coming from a farm with mud huts into a city and working for next to nothing while having to share your space with 10 others just so you can send a meager pittance home to your family so they wont starve isn't a growing middle class, it's a labor camp.
Lol... you read too much FakeNews abd are still stuck in the 70s.
Correct.
some other news agency will come and tell its not correct..and us and china are going good and reach trade deal very soon and dow will jump
My God. Just set all tariffs at 25% and stop talking to each other for a year. Take a freakin' break. NO ONE CARES ABOUT CHINA. Put our energy into agreements with more rational people.
LMAO @ U !!!
I told you ... as long as Trump does not poke at the Lion then we should be good. As soon as Trump starts poking the Lion, we would hwar the China Roar. When China roars, worldwide markets crumbles.
more like winnie the pooh
US gov and US people need a lesson very badly. Chinese internal affairs shouldn't be any of your concern. What you should think about is how much you owe to these guys and then rethink your strategy. I am really hoping Trumpet will once say to much and big China will slap his wrists and point him to his spot in the corner.
Very worrying to see some people already gave the Lion position for China :)
These markets are attracting normal people to put savings in it and big investors are taking their money out of the markets. Markets will go down soon. Please be smart and take your money out.
Agree!
YeahSelling Nasdaq with all my account .. it might drop asf
Why do you say markets will go down? How much down?
