US House Republicans defeat their own defense spending bill

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Republican-controlled U.S. House of Representatives failed to move forward on a fiscal 2024 defense spending bill on Tuesday, as Republicans remained stymied by party infighting less than two weeks before a possible government shutdown.

The headline brought me here, but there was nothing to read in the article.  It appears to be missing (a few?) details. How about at least a couple of the 5 W's?

Tre Hsi I guess people look silly for wanting the House to pass a responsible budget, that does not spend another $100billion+ that they don't have.  And by your comment. I insinuate that dem's do not want a great America.
