WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Friday the United States and China had come to a substantial phase-1 trade deal, reaching agreement on intellectual property, financial services and big agricultural purchases.

The two sides are very close to ending their trade war and it will take up to five weeks to get the deal written, Trump said, speaking to reporters after talks with Chinese Vice Premier Liu He.

Yes, Phase-1 is not a partial deal, it is a bigger deal instead. Now I learned that Art of the Deal is artificial and articulate, involving many kinds of arts, gee.
Told us nothing David Wong. you always start a negotiation acting like you will take more than you settle for. That way you end up with what you know is fair.
Thank you.
I told you guys ... Trump was running out of time and had to make a deal soon before his election. If he doesn't get the deal done, I think he is finished. A deal needs to benefit both sides, not one sided like Trump wanted. Looks like he is starting to understand that now.
The good thing will be the next week if the Chinese deny or not recognize what the chip munk said...
That’s what the chinese do best. They lie. Can’t trust the communists.
Keep kicking the can dowm the street! Hahaha! Thats all this is.
