The SEC director starting the suet the week or so he left the agency after an investigation that took several years should be investigated, especially considering the influence bitcoin/ether could have had over the decision. They must rule out bitcoins/ether's involvement entirely.  They need to abolish those so-called "5 rules that makes crypto a security" completely. That is total garbage and engineered by Bitcoin/Ether to eliminate competition.
it's very strong crypto!!!
