Mike Dudas Calls 3AC Founder ‘Coward’ Amid Restraining Order Drama

  • Mike Dudas called 3AC’s Su Zhu a coward amid a restraining order against Arthur Hayes.
  • Zhu allegedly betrayed friends and investors by raiding Three Arrows Capital funds under false pretenses.
  • The 3AC co-founder obtained a restraining order against Hayes, prohibiting threatening or insulting communication.

The Block founder Mike Dudas labeled Three Arrows founder Su Zhu “a coward” on the news of his restraining order against Arthur Hayes, a fellow co-founder of the BitMEX trading platform.

According to Dudas, Zhu allegedly betrayed his friends and the investors in his fund by allegedly raiding the remaining Three Arrows Capital funds under false pretenses.

Moreover, Dudas highlighted that Zhu’s actions led to him cutting off contact with those he supposedly deceived. He expresses his deep disappointment in seeing Zhu attempting to play the victim, considering the gravity of his alleged actions.

Dudas further called out the now-defunct crypto hedge fund co-founder and Kyle Davies by adding,

If we’re really doing this petty stuff, should I get a restraining order against Su Zhu, Kyle Davies, and their “intern” for making a video of women assaulting me and posting it to Twitter while using @OPNX_Official branding?

According to an order dated May 5, which CoinDesk has obtained, Su Zhu has secured a restraining order against Arthur Hayes from the Singapore court. The order specifically prohibits Hayes from using any language or communication that is threatening, abusive, or insulting toward Zhu.

This came after the collapse of the fund last year when the former CEO of BitMEX took to Twitter to engage with Su Zhu and Kyle Davies, his former partners at 3AC. Primarily, he has been requesting the repayment of $6 million that he claims is owed to him.
