BiXBiT Hosts Bug Bounty Program, Win USDT and a Custom ASIC

  • BiXBiT Dev is hosting a bug bounty program for its AMS and custom firmware.
  • Participants can earn rewards for finding bugs, leaving detailed reviews, or inviting other miners.
  • The program will last from January 9, 2023 to February 9, 2023.

BiXBiT, the cryptocurrency mining equipment company, is hosting a bug bounty program from January 9, 2023, to February 9, 2023. Participants can earn rewards for finding bugs or inviting other miners to the bug bounty. BiXBiT proudly calls their program the first bug bounty for BTC miners.

The program focuses on the company’s latest Automated Monitoring System (AMS) and custom firmware. BiXBiT’s AMS is the newest addition to the complete mining ecosystem the company is trying to build. Previously, BiXBiT launched its own cryptocurrency mining firmware and immersive cooling equipment.

The bug bounty program’s goal is to test BiXBiT’s AMS and custom firmware to ensure it meets the needs of the mining market. Accordingly, participants must thoroughly test the AMS and write a detailed review describing any bugs, UI/UX issues, or other discrepancies with the monitoring system or firmware.

Participants will rank on a leaderboard with points based on their submitted review and completion of leaderboard challenges. Some of these challenges include submitting a video review, Disqus review, Twitter review, and completing referral challenges. The bug bounty’s partner program also allows users to earn more points by sending referral links to other miners.

BiXBiT will award the highest-ranked participants with USDT; and a custom BiXBiT ASIC for the top-ranked participant. The three highest-ranked users on the leaderboard will receive 250USDT, 150USDT, and 100USDT, respectively. Meanwhile, the ultimate winner will receive the grand prize of a Whatsminer M50S+, exclusively BiXBiT-branded.

For the purposes of the bug bounty program, participants will be able to use BiXBiT’s AMS and custom firmware at a reduced dev fee. The standard fee is 2.8%, which will halve to 1.4%; this is a mandatory fee for running the BiXBiT custom firmware.

Any interested users can visit the BiXBiT Dev bounty program website for more information.
