who said anything about buying Treasuries ? What I am saying is higher rates starting in May, killed (or greatly subdued) the dividend trade outperformance.

Yes, the dividend trade ended with the sharp rise in 10-year Treasury yields in May, Moreesse. That doesn't mean that stocks with decent dividends wont outperform, it does mean that the blanket "dividend trade" is likely over, which would include REIT's, Utilities, Telco, etc.
