Geoff has worked in finance for more than twenty years. Geoff's focus is on development and deployment of quantitative models for portfolio management and security analysis.
In late 2020, he ended a 13-year contract role leading analytics development for Folio Investing when the firm was acquired by Goldman Sachs. Geoff has worked as a consultant, led financial software development, and has worked on a trading floor.
Prior to entering finance, Geoff was a research scientist for NASA. He has a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a B.S. in Physics from Georgia Tech.
