thank you. There's no method that can forecast the markets as accurately as the EWP. And yes there will be curveballs along the way. Please see my article from August 24 (https://www.investing.com/analysis/sp-500-update-the-fight-for-4150-or-4550-200599867) where I show how accurate I was able to forecast the market's highs and lows in April, May, and June as it followed a picture-perfect Fibonacci-based impulse pattern. Then it stopped following that and decided to extend. Not my fault, I do not make the markets. I just follow them. Thus I got 3 out of 4 correct and that is really as good as it gets and that gives every trader and subscriber to my services a huge edge. thank you. I am sorry to hear you are underwater. Please never short a 3rd of a 3rd wave... its relentless. I am sorry to hear you are underwater. Please never short a 3rd of a 3rd wave... its relentless.
thank you! but please do not take your frustration out on others. 60% of communication is nonverbal. if you write a post that's accusing me of "moving the goal post" without any further information then it is impossible for me - or others- to interpret it as "funny", quite the contrary. thank you! but please do not take your frustration out on others. 60% of communication is nonverbal. if you write a post that's accusing me of "moving the goal post" without any further information then it is impossible for me - or others- to interpret it as "funny", quite the contrary.
as usual, newbies and those with a limited understanding of how the markets actually work, fail to understand that as new price data becomes available one can fine-tune the price targets. Regardless, in early August, with very limited available data to make such accurate forecasts, I was already looking for SPX4535-4595 (link in the article!!). Since then I have constantly been looking for SPX4550. All targets are always at least +/-1% -which is thus 4505-4595- as one can simply not expect perfection. Thus, accusing me to move the goal post is absolutely not correct. But, yes sure, why don't you keep pushing your own goal, while I do the real work and forecast markets as reliably as one possibly can.
you are incorrect. I was already on August 4th look for 4535-4595... It was simply a matter of how we would get there and that road has been tricky to navigate: https://www.investing.com/analysis/sp-500-bears-pay-me-now-or-pay-me-a-little-bit-later-200596166
Hi Jeff, good question. If there's overshoot it's often simply to the next Fib-extension or retrace level. Nothing else matters much. Afghanistan does not matter.
that is absolutely right, but few know the triggers, i.e. price levels, that will tell you which way it is going to be. with my work there are few surprises.
No it does not contradict. All breadt charts i shared show “bad breadth” can continue for a long time before it matters. Clearly all charts show how markets can continue to rise despite. This is simply a look under the hood. There is smoke coming from under the hood, but the car is still driving.

Agree. It has been a very tough environment to forecast as many markets and therewith underlying (types of) stocks are out of sync: when one rallies the under corrects and vice versa. Nothing we can do about. Trade safe!
