good financials, income up, balance sheet up, cash flow up, expected earnings up. RSI below 40. MACD not there yet. ADX shows the strength of the recent downtrend seems to have run its course. Historical price looks good.

Net income is up, revenue forecast up, balance sheet up, strong interest from investors, positive news coming out, so you can short all you want but you can't short the future. If there's one rule to follow is to never ever go against the trend. Shorting it would be stupid, really, since you can find hundreds of penny stocks which are already going down and make a lot more money without ever being on the wrong side of the trend.
