August has still some days to go. I expect first a pullback then another attack to 1.20
EUR/USD Aug 18, 2020 3:05PM ET
BM, do you expect 1.19 by tomorrow London session or not possible with this bullish move? Need some advise before closing my shorts from .1890

Type in option expiry eur usd in Google and the first hit you can find it. It's a guy who posts it every day

I guess the huge spikes today were because of the huge option expiry of today. 1.5 billion. When they are call option it means they have to buy eur/usd before option expiry time, which was exactly just after the spikes. After option expiry it came down as we see, which means the rise wasn't fundamental neither technical. I think I finally understand the impact of options on this pair.

I wish I sold at 1960 instead of 1909 pffff

why only 2 pips? Take at least 10 pips, but better 20 pips
EUR/USD Aug 18, 2020 5:19AM ET
Going short again?

I am not saying one should enter a short position with such a target. I am just comparing both triple tops with each other and they look pretty the same. I am not saying one should enter a short position with such a target. Have a look at the triple daily top in August-September 2017, also happened during a Bullish trend. This could be a nice copy of that. In that case a fall of 300-400 pips is possible.

These 1 minute candles are juicy
EUR/USD Aug 18, 2020 3:12AM ET
1.1750 seems far away, but the option expiry of today at that point is 1.2 bln.
EUR/USD Aug 18, 2020 2:58AM ET
Looks like the same rejection on the 6th of August, but too early to call. I would've expected a higher high before the fall, but this is fine as well :) If this makes a triple top, then this pair will be corrected big time.
EUR/USD Aug 18, 2020 2:28AM ET
But first it may try to make another new high as well 1.1920ish
EUR/USD Aug 18, 2020 2:27AM ET
It should go to at least 1.1870 again to test the new support ilne: https://www.tradingview.com/x/LTFCNoyh/

Want to short this again, but I just don't trust the NY session. I'll wait until some things are more clear....
EUR/USD Aug 13, 2020 9:57AM ET
Imo data was too strong to break upwards. This should create an interesting bearish 4h candle. We will see!
EUR/USD Aug 13, 2020 5:33AM ET
Wait till us jobless claims data. If that's good keep it. If it's disappointing, get rid of it asap. This thing wants to go up, it's obvious, but it's waiting for the US data to get an extra trigger.
EUR/USD Aug 12, 2020 10:00AM ET
Possible, it also depends on other things. But the rise to 1.19 was too fast and needs some correction first
EUR/USD Aug 12, 2020 9:51AM ET
Still consolidation... 1.16 by the end of this week is possible. Then another attempt to 1.20 next week
EUR/USD Aug 12, 2020 4:39AM ET
little go for? entering long or short?
EUR/USD Aug 11, 2020 1:07PM ET
1.1730 at close, Asian session taking this to 1.1700 would make a crazy London session tomorrow
EUR/USD Aug 11, 2020 11:57AM ET
1.17 needs to break for more bearish power. Strange trading day today, one would expect we should've see. 1.16xx already
EUR/USD Aug 08, 2020 6:33AM ET
No stimulus agreement yet between democrats and Republicans. This could get ugly for bulls in short term. If no agreement before Monday, I expect a gap up. Technically this is bearish though, so MM's could go either way to wipe out accounts.
EUR/USD Aug 07, 2020 10:29AM ET
Stimulus would bringusd higher, so down this pair. So no stimulus would bring this pair up again
EUR/USD Aug 07, 2020 9:13AM ET
Yeah man always to be cautious for these random spikes up and down... I hope it can break it forever
