just watch price action if you know charts, higher highs and higher lows, tight consolidation and curling up. Always look at the bigger picture and dont be in a rush. Ive never traded this but I know price action very well. Im waiting awhile until I see potential, Ill trade other things until then,

When XOP rallied on the 16th it caused drip to go down quite a bit, volotiliy on 3x leveraged ETF decay over time, especially when there's been so much volotiliy in the markets. The way these have been jumping around I wouldn't hold them for long.
