Bond Market Thinks Twice About The U.S. Fed Pivot Nov 01, 2022 10:53AM ET
Nasdaq composite chart looks pretty dreary. If the credit situation goes awry then it might drop to 9500ish level by the end of November. Hope that credit situation around the world won't deteriorate this quickly, especially in Japan. It looks like they are in midst of financial crisis. Although Nasdaq composite might rally to 11600 level if narrative with Feds changes.

On AMD I see support level at 55ish area. Are you sure you were looking at AMD’s chart? If iy breaks throught 52, then it is the snowball down the hill.

I thought it happens on last Thursday of the quarter. so, that actually happened on Thursday, not on Friday. it was 3.85% drop on equities caused by shuffling the positions. This looks like incorrect information.

Looked at the financial data a few days ago. It has debt to equity negative 1800%! I couldn't believe my eyes.

In an Era of printed paper money more valuable because it's consumable, the one should expect that mining companies would drift south even more. it's easier to print money rather than unearthing minerals. Fuel prices added some salt in the wounds as well probably.

It did a great run in no interest rate environment. It still needs to borrow money as the company still losing money. the earnings will show if they can deliver without money pumped in.

VanEck Vectors Junior Gold Miners Mar 17, 2017 11:01AM ET
It can take a year before it reaches its target. Too long to freeze the money. I am finally dumping this ETF and buying Intel instead. At least I will get the dividends for holding.
VanEck Vectors Junior Gold Miners Mar 16, 2017 11:03AM ET
It moves along with the market, not by gold price. Gold is 25 baks up, but this ETF is 2%down. Better to be with GLD instead, more stable. Trading ETF, not investing, it is for sure. Very volatile and good candidate for short term shorts. Buy at the end of the day and sell before market open and get shorts.
Palo Alto Networks Mar 01, 2017 11:03PM ET
It will go clear down to 56-58 range.
Gold's Bull-Market Psychology Feb 01, 2017 10:29AM ET
In my opinion the main driver for gold's bull market is the rising inflation. When the currencies can not buy the goods, here it comes the gold to replace the paper. People are not factoring the political and economical outcomes of current administration's agenda. When you close the doors the prices will go up.
Dow Nears 20,000, SPX To 2400...Trump Honeymoon Already Over? Dec 12, 2016 12:52AM ET
It is euphoria on Wall Street once again. Really liked your article. It is very thorough analysis. One thing I would like to mention is that the banks offered credit card holders no interest money borrowing and almost every American has two or three credit cards with thousands of dollars to be paid. Most of that money is used to pay down payments for the cars. People borrow from one card to pay another one. The bottom line is that people aren't earning more money as the wage inflation is very low compare to real not statistical inflation data. Nobody talks about credit card debt any more but it is the highest ever according to different sources. If economy would take the nose dive the credit card debt would trigger the avalanche reaction.
