Time Warner was good for AOL, right? Time Warner was good for AOL, right?
WTI Crude Oil: Outlook For The Week Of July 8th, 2018 Jul 09, 2018 1:12AM ET
President Obrador does not understand economics or the real world.or he thinks he can make a deal with President Maduro.  That will plunge the Peso precipitously.   I wonder if his off-shore bank accounts will accept petros?  He'd better hurry before his dollar reserves dwindle and Nuevo León asks to become part of Texas.

Prefer that you stay Phil Flynn and leave the Declaration of Independence to Thomas, Ben, and the other very wise men who wrote it.  Though it was a middlin' good try.. Which pipelines are closest to being completed from the Permian and other west Texas basins?

"paucity of pipeline capacity"  You're waxing poetic, Dr. Ward.

Deciphering OPEC's Mixed Messages About Oil Production Jun 06, 2018 8:25PM ET
I appreciate that you, as a good researcher, cite your sources and allow us to confirm the evidence.  And more importantly, thus add to our qualified sources.  That to me is as important as your distillation and analysis of the information at hand.  Thanks.
The Energy Report For June 5, 2018: Please, OPEC, Please! Jun 05, 2018 9:57PM ET
Mukesh, you are on the wrong page.  This deals with energy resources.  But from your comments, I am expecting someone to soon separate you from your money.  You are more likely to get rich selling onions in Kalikata, then gambling on the price of gold - unless you know what you are doing.  If you can sell gold for more than you buy it, buy more.
Big investors urge G7 to step up climate action, shift from coal Jun 05, 2018 1:19AM ET
So much for journalists: The photo says that smoke rises from the cooling towers of ...  Smoke doesn't rise from cooling towers.  That is condensed water vapor.
Asia Pacific’s Most Innovative Universities – 2018 Jun 04, 2018 9:51PM ET
Tsinghua (#5) is a Taiwanese University; only nominally is it Chinese.  I.E. no mainland Chinese universities were in the top 10.

The Gas Blame Game May 24, 2018 2:59PM ET
Part of the reason for the increase in crude supply is that imports increased by 558,000 bpd and exports decreased by 818,000 bpd or nearly 32% WoW (not World of Warcraft)
Can Anything Stop Oil Prices From Going Higher? May 16, 2018 5:13AM ET
Demand is somewhat elastic.  Price goes up, demand drops - especially for the most price sensitive portion of the population.  It can eventually cause a recession.
Brent Oil Blowout May 15, 2018 4:28PM ET
Happy 500th article.  Milk and oil prices seem to closely track each other.  No comment on cookies.  Increased spread for Brent/WTI is based on increased demand/risk and/or decreased supply for Brent or decreased demand/risk and/or increased supply for WTI, not increased demand for WTI as you stated: "The spread between the two contracts is basically Europe and Asia screaming for more oil from the Untitled States to fill the potential void".  Demand for more WTI oil would increase the price of WTI relative to Brent, thus decreasing the spread.
The Energy Report For May 5, 2018 May 02, 2018 12:39PM ET
Definitely a prophet to be able to write May 5th's report on May 2nd.  What is an 'optical price spike' (par. 2)  Did you mean a big 'increase' or 'decrease' in distillates stocks (Cushing) in par. 3?  I enjoy reading your reports, but you could use a better copy editor.
The Energy Report - 26.04.18 Apr 26, 2018 10:20AM ET
The links for the statistics you used for oil/gas/distillate/Cushing are API stats from June 14, 2016.
Crude Oil's Bull-Market Numbers Apr 19, 2018 12:39PM ET
Not sure what this means (in next to last paragraph) «Crude imports that gave us a surprise increase last week fell by 720,000 barrel a day at 92.4% of their operable capacity.»  If you are speaking of Refinery Capacity Utilization, it was 92.8%, but perhaps I misunderstood your syntax.
Friday's OPEC Meeting Will Set The Tone For Oil Production In 2019 Apr 18, 2018 8:32AM ET
Prices are rising too fast.  My guess, which with $5 might get you a cup of java, is that they will reduce or  eliminate the quotas by the end of the year.
Crude Oil: Time To Buy The Rumor Again Apr 17, 2018 12:30PM ET
Appropriate word - vertiginous,  Another good word - precipitous.  Nationalized oil, put the unions in charge, spent your capital (you know, capital and capitalists are evil).  How is that working for you,  Venezuela, mi amor.
