I'm having trouble with a head line by the Fed last week. Brainard says " he sees 'downside risks increasing, the balance sheet runoff should end at the end of this year. Is this good or bad news LOL?

looking at the yearly we may be done already. i was previously convinced we needed to hit at least 2810 to have a significant pullback but I think we get one here. then another rally to mid 2900s and then the big dive

Dan ChI have a little short scalp from 2777.5 but it's clear to me the bulls are strong and likely stronger then the bears. Last night the bears had trouble holding the 2775 area and I suspect that will still be the case before we close in a hour and half.  So we might not get to 2772

Interesting. I will only add that for many other reasons this has a lot of room to run. I wish I could post all the other stuff but there are a lot of back tested scenarios that show we have a good deal more to run.

I will likely be here a lot less going forward as the market is returning to set it and forget it mode once again. In this environment I will go for weeks with out making a trade and not even bother to short. Just wait for oversold with in the trend and buy. As I have stated the secular bull is still young and I just hope now to get a decent 50% retrace to buy from here.

Ethan Hunt Re: CL  I am bullish shorter term and have resistance about $63.  1 leg up complete at 55.75, 2nd leg down complete at 51.23... 3rd up underway. 1st target $59, second is just over $64. Close under $54 would derail it.
