Yellen if they continue the taper, the Fed which is supporting this market backs out, at a point where the market is topping/toppling retail down, food stamps down, long term unemployment benefits GONE... WE GO DOWN. If they cancel the taper after months and months and months of planning to get out slowly; they are basically saying the economy will go into recession if we don\'t continue the taper.(It probably will anyhow) which means that even though they have pumped Trillions into the economy it will go back into depression/recession. Chance of market collapse 50% Chance market slowly grinds higher 49% chance we explode to the upside 1%. And people want to be LONG here NOT ME!
The FED is not making any decisions tomorrow it's just a question and answer time.
You got it . damned if you do ! Damned if you don't! The real problem which is not being addressed is DEBT, personal corp or Gov you pick . The only solution is inflation, sooner or later and we all know where that will take the markets
Yes debt is a big problem for the government but not for the stock market. The FED is doing what it can to create inflation but they are limited in what they can do. IMO
