think market is totally failing to price in brexit. Right now UK imports and exports must be collapsing, as you can't put a cargo on the water if you do not know the terms of trade when it arrives at its destination!

Slowly but surely the reality is sinking in: The worst fears are now reality: German Factory Orders Plunge Most Since 2012 -- December's 1.6% monthly drop was the steepest in six months, contributing to a staggering 7% drop yoy. Headline: German economy at risk of recession, Deutsche Bank says: Italy is in a recession, Germany is in a recession, Europe is in a recession, Asia is in a recession and the U.S. is probably already in a recession. That is the reality and crude oil markets and equities markets will have to lower their valuations and expectations.
