Shanghai is such bearish and rubbish , doesnu0027t matter what the market perform regional , they will dump and pull the entire hang Seng and regional down. No wonder fund managers gave up on China . Let them lose in trade war.

Their markets priced in yuan don't shoe nearly as bearish as they do in $$$. And the stronger the dollar becomes the less competitive US exports become. Trump is looking ahead to November while China is looking to 2028.

Don't seen any reason for a sustained rebound. Merely off the Jan '16 lows. Let it play itself out.

The Shanghai Composite Index is now down more than 20% which officially places it into the bear market category... . . The emerging markets worldwide are in a near free fall and the European markets are doing just about the same.... . I'm staying short for the duration...

Morgan Stanley Says Hong Kong's Equity Selloff Is Far From Over.By Sofia Horta e Costa.June 20, 2018, 5:52 PM GMT+8 Updated on June 21, 2018, 8:17 AM GMT+8.Don’t bother buying the dip in Hong Kong stocks...That’s the view of Morgan Stanley strategists, who’ve just slashed their 12-month target for the Hang Seng Index by about 10 percent to 27,200 points. The new forecast implies a slump of 18 percent from the benchmark’s January peak, nearing a correction typically denoting a bear market. The gauge closed at 29,696 points Wednesday.
