It is phenomenal to watch the Italian stock market crashes over 10% in more than a month. Everybody was very complacent even after the election produced a hung parliament, and even when the League and 5 star were seriously discussion to form a coalition. Italy is deeply indebted, and only survies because of the articially low interest rate thanks to ECB. Suddenly then there is pay back time...I think there will be more pain , even if a full scale financial disaster does not occur (can't be ruled out though)Italian sovereign debt yields will definitely be much higher than three months ago, adding to the already stretvhed public finance...Goood luck!

I think 21800 it's a key level to keep to try to get over again 24000, or it will sink around 18600. Considering that all majors indexes are near the top and Italian debt is over 2250 billion, it's just a clock bomb, no country in the recent economy history had recovered it without passing for default or a massive hair cut. Also, easy money creation era will be over after the summer.

Long term view, it's topping off - making a triple top. I believe it will sink in 2018 going back to the 2009 lows.
