Investment Strategy
The investment seeks total return. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of energy infrastructure companies. The advisor intends to focus its investments primarily in equity securities of midstream infrastructure and also may invest in midstream master limited partnerships (“MLPs”) and power and renewable infrastructure. It is non-diversified.
