Her industry experience dates back to 1987, where she began her career at Jardine Fleming Securities Japan Ltd. as an equity analyst. Ms. Umino received a BA degree from Aoyama Gakuin University.

Biography	Howe has been a vice president and portfolio manager with Rowe Price-Fleming International since early 1987.
