Investment Strategy

To provide shareholders with investment growth in the long term. The fund mainly invests in equities of North American companies. Specifically, the fund invests at least 75% of total assets in equities and equity-related securities issued by companies that are domiciled, or conduct the majority of their business, in North America. The fund may be exposed (through investments or cash) to other currencies than the base currency.

Biography	Ed has 45 years of investment experience and is responsible for portfolio management, as well as research in the energy sector. He has been with Eagle since 1999. Prior to joining Eagle, he was Managing Director of the Value Equity team at Bank One Investment Advisors, where he managed the One Group Large Cap Value Fund. His extensive investment experience also includes positions as Director of Research for a regional broker/dealer and for the University of Texas' Endowment Fund.
