Investment Strategy

1. At least 75% will be exposed to non-government bonds traded in Israel. 2. Cumulative exposure to other channels which are not non-government bonds traded in Israel, will not exceed 25%. 3. The fund will not create exposure to equities. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30%. 5. The fund may create a non-limited exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. The fund will create exposure only to credit risk of banking corporate which are included in the first credit risk group. 7. The total value of foreign securities, foreign options, units of foreign funds, tracking- open-end funds whose benchmark is a foreign index or commodity, and foreign currency that will be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through derivatives activity in overseas stock exchanges will not exceed 10%. 8. The rest of the fund's assets will be invested at the absolute discretion of the fund manager.
