Investment Strategy

Folksam LO Obligation is an actively managed fixed-income fund that invests in different types of bonds such as government bonds & covered Swedish mortgage bonds and bonds issued by municipalities, regions & companies under public ownership. The fund also invests in real interest rate bonds and corporate bonds. The fund invests in bonds with a minimum credit rating of BB- on the investment date. The average duration of the fund’s holdings ranges from two to seven years. The fund is mainly designed for savings in collectively agreed occupational pension & premium pension schemes. The fund complies with the fund management company’s Responsible Investment Policy & Folksam LO’s ethical investment criteria.
