Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to provide safety of principal and maximize total return after taking account of federal taxes. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal securities. It invests at least 80% of its total assets in municipal securities rated A, or better by NRSROs and comparably rated municipal notes.

| Biography | R. B. (Guy) Davidson III is Chief Investment Officer of Municipal Business.
