After the flood comes the sun! A tragedy will create demand in all markets! It's always like that! In Texas they will need a lot of workers so the unenployment will crash, and they´ll need everything else to rebuild the houses! Trump will ease credit to help those who lost that houses! Brace yourselves!

The dividends creates a distortion in the index. When it is a month before the pay knowledge and two before payday, the index plunges because it became exdiv. It happens every trimester beginning in december, and the payday in february! So in my opinnion if you buy in the first day it becomes exdiv it is the same as you receiving the dividend 2 months in advance!
