It is indeed bullish. Look at the poor and very poor wheatconditions. 2016 it was 2% and 2017 up to 22%. And this is only the US. Don 't forget Australia, Canada, south and north of Europe. Germany, Russia etc....

Even in Russia ( the main supplier of wheat) the weather conditions are bad.  Quote from end of july 2017 " Russia’s grain harvesting season normally starts in June, but this year, it started in July. Cold temperatures have delayed crop ripening and have slowed down field work. As a result, total output is expected to be 17% lower than was originally anticipated."

Chris Helm And look at the latest agriculteral report of 4th of August.......very bullish for wheat with the dryness in the US, Canada, Australia and the excessive rain in Germany.
