      • I'm in at $25 and in profit :) Scroll back in chart to near 2008, it was exploding... If you think the real estate bubble is gone since then you are wrong. It is massively re-inflated :)

        • I am starting to scale in big here at 37. when china blows up, liquidity dries up due to a global banking crisis, REIT stocks will take back to 2008 levels. Look at the charts folks. Great way to hedge against the business, especially if you work in it like i do.
