RobinHdJr  By "relation" I assume you mean correlation? As the chart shows, there is high correlation on a daily basis over months. The chart also shows they are not co-integrated.
Why is this 0.03% while VIX is trading 2.5%? Manipulation? Or is this security not what it claims to be
 VIX is what S&P 500 volatility is NOW.  VX is the futures which is anticipating what VIX will be at the various VX expirations.
 Ok. But I read the entire prospectus for VXX and not one word about VX futures. So I'm curious where you get your info from - - I believe you, by the way
 I compliment you for wanting to know the details of VXX.  Do a google search, "How does VXX work?"  Tastytrade, among others show up.  Many sites, like finance.yahoo.com gives a profile explanation overview also.  Happy Trading!
Why is VIX up 2% but VXX is only up 0.2% ??? Meanwhile UVXY is down 0.2%. So much manipulation

How do you time this?? Ive made money on this play nut ive also lost a lot because of poor timing. Any suggestions that would be benificial. The key word is benificial here.
