Thirty years in the oil field, upstream. This is what it looks like when the horse's get to the gate. .... Look at how a company did in 2017- 2018 (Mid year.) How quickly the company recovered at that time should give you and idea of what a companies "rev up" time takes to see profits. I would suggest looking at the time period between 2010-2015 to get an idea of the running of the companies in the past. Look for changes in management to weed out the slow movers.
