The International segment offers sale of prescription drugs and health and wellness, beauty, personal care, and other consumer products outside the United States; and operates pharmacy-led health and beauty retail businesses under the Boots brand stores in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, and Thailand, as well as the Benavides brand in Mexico and the Ahumada brand in Chile. The U.S. Healthcare segment provides VillageMD, a national provider of value-based care with primary, multi-specialty, and urgent care providers serving patients in traditional clinic settings, in patients’ homes and online appointments; Shields, a specialty pharmacy integrator and accelerator for hospitals; and CareCentrix, a participant in the post-acute and home care management sectors. Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois.

Only few poor fellows will read what I say here so whatever I write here will effect wba price :D. Despite waht the analists say look very objectively. WBA is one of the major player for 460 billion usd prescribed medicine market. And they own Boots which its eps is growing and village md could be better in coming years. And hen you consider wba assets it is more than 20 billion usd. and market capacity is today under 8 billion usd. WBA is suffereing from cash flow which could be solved in coming years by closing unprofitable shops. If I am right WBA future potential should be eover 20 usd/stock.

extreme fear blinded the traders. No logic is involved. The market capacity of wba is now 8 billion. its rival CVS is 72 billion. CVS in revenue double wba. but market capacity 9 times. even if wba sells its shares in boots and other affiliates can reach 20billion cash without seeling one walgreen store.
