Voya Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end fund with the primary investment objective of providing a high level of income. Under normal market conditions, the Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in a portfolio of common stocks of companies located in a various of different countries throughout the world, including the United States, and utilizing an integrated derivatives strategy. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of common stocks across a broad range of countries, industries and market sectors. Equity securities held by the Fund may be denominated in both United States. dollars and non-United States currencies. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its managed assets in securities issued by companies located in emerging markets. Voya Investments, LLC is the investment adviser of the Fund.
