(OTC Pink: HCMC) today announced that it has filed an appeal of the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia’s dismissal of HCMC’s patent infringement action against Philip Morris USA, Inc. and Philip Morris Products S.A. HCMC believes the Georgia Court committed legal error by dismissing its complaint for patent infringement and also by denying HCMC’s motion to amend its pleading.

Pm has lost the right to sell in the US- Getting rid of this lawsuit and getting back in with the US market gives pm huge incentives now to work something out with hcmc and thier use of patents. In the meantime they are losing potential lifelong customers and tens of millions of dollars a month by not giving them the safer alternative.

Bought 500k more. They will win this case in the end. Hopefully solved before year enda. Depends on judge

HCMC has fourteen days to file a motion for leave to file a further amended complaint, which HCMC intends to do by said deadline.
