If it can go lower a bit(turtle soup[TA terms]) that'll be a Best buy TECHNICALLY.But with the N8billion naira loss from the last quarter, I feel it might go a bit lower (discount) then if miraculously the Border opens up by Jan 31, the price might go up to N30 thereaboutTECHNICALLY SPEAKING
