Horrible CEO. Destroyed 15 pct of great company with that stupid stunt. How incompetent can you be? Why so much money for a low growth business like GSK? Ridiculous. Kick him out, the market has decided!

when deal is rejected why uniliver plc is down by 10%. in fact shareholders should be happy that costly deal didnot take place. otherwise also shareholders were opposing the buy out of GSK at higher price.
