Uganda Clays Limited is a Uganda-based company, which is engaged in the production and sale of clay building products. The Company operates through two segments: Kajjansi factory and Kamonkoli factory. The Company's products are categorized into roofing tiles, bricks, maxpans, quarry floor tiles, and others. The Company's products include Portuguese tiles, Mangalore tiles, Marseille tiles, Maxpans, Quarry tiles, facing bricks, half brick, select bricks, decorative grilles, roman tiles, free spans, ventilators, and walling and partitioning blocks, among others. It uses kilns to provide the building materials in a brick-red color. Its building solutions include advisory services, maintenance services, and finished products. It supplies and produces clay-baked products to a range of both domestic and commercial customers. At Kajjansi the two kilns are powered up by coffee husks, which are procured locally. The operations at Kamonkoli are also powered up by coffee husks.
