board of director Wilhelm, a 10% equity holder, reported a 1 mil share purchase at $4.89 on the 27th. What does he know? some big contracts are getting finalized that will lead to a positive EPS and dividend reinstatement in 2025.

Printing 3-5 mil new shares to sell short daily. Over 100% of outstanding shares are already owned by insiders and institutions. Forecasts show 25% YOY revenue growth for the current quarter so this game can't continue forever.

they have kept a lid on this for months now, completely ridiculous giving the backdrop and rising day rates. Short squeeze with 20% of outstanding sold short is coming when new contracts and earnings are announced.

Ocean drilling is expensive. But so is oil, and this global warming fiasco has yet to sort itself out. CO2 was higher in Roman times, and they had plenty of food.
