    •  save this comment so you can re read it at the end of the month so you can hear how sill that sounds. The market has not made any sense for sometime and will soon see a great correction. Ask yourself can we really keep up with another 10 year bull market, while approaching automation faster and faster? 25% of Americans live off government pay already....the best of times will quickly be in our rear view mirrors.

    •  On the macro picture, we agree, 100%. I think we get a huge bust this year, which will make 2008 look tame, in my opinion. I do think TSLA is reasonably well positioned to receive money in a green infrastructure bill, if Congress decides to go that direction for fiscal stimulus. Maybe that's why it's so highly priced? And I do think it is highly priced.

    • Nope. Wrong again. Keep swinging for the fences. I'll break it down for you once again -  Tesla made it's run-up last year before Biden was elected, a time when the green energy bill wasn't even a forethought under the Trump admin - or even with the idea Biden would win. More so, you misunderstand government as much as you ignore the fundamental economics of a well-run company. Tesla is well-positioned to benefit from a bill (if passed - good luck - do not underestimate the lobbyist with Oil/Nat Gas) but one does not beget the other. That's not how it works bro - they pass tax incentive bills and institute regulation to enforce their agenda. We are quite possibly at the height of American optimism and without some very smart decisions, along with a well-informed public, we risk becoming second to China. I've been there several times - it's scary how much better at "capitalism" than we are.
