There exists absolutely no reason why analysts should not update their recommendations five days before earnings. After all, analysts also have the job of predicting the revenue and income numbers. Also, the call to shut down dbk is amusing because dbk is about 100 times more important company than Tesla.

TESLA will vote again on the repetition of the 56 billion dollars gift to Musk. That is about ten times the fundamental value of the company. The proponents think that this employee may have a higher salary by this amount because he helped to reduce the salary of 14,000 employers to zero. The compensation would come in new shares.
TESLA had consolidated net income 14.9 billion dollars in 2023 so this bonus to his salary is some four good years of Tesla profits. It is funny to recommend the action HOLD when the predicted movement is from 152 to 123.
there is no such thing as a Hold in the stock market. Especially not in this particular case.
