Assets rising while liabilities are falling is a recipe for success. This company has very little debt. My prediction is that we will continue to rely heavily on oil and gas for energy and it will take pipe to get and transport gas and oil. tenaris is ripe for a buyout. I'm going to start looking closely at insider trades for timing.
